Data controller

The data controller is Madenza. For any request about your personal data, write to info@madenza.net.

What we collect

• Identity and contact details: full name, company name, email address, phone number and Telegram username. We receive these only if you enter them in the form.
• Project information: your answers in the form, the project description, the link you share and your expected budget.
• Technical data: to prevent abuse we briefly keep an irreversible hash derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not saved in your request.
• Source: the page or campaign link that brought you to the site, when that information is available.

Why we process your data

We process your data only to assess your request, prepare a proposal and contact you about it. The legal basis is the consent you give when you send the form and the steps taken before entering into a contract. We do not add your details to marketing lists.

Storage and sharing

Requests are stored on the server that hosts this site, in an area closed to outside access, and forwarded to the Madenza team by email.

We do not sell your data, and we share it with no third parties other than our hosting and email service providers. Once your request is closed we keep your data for no longer than 24 months; you can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses one cookie that remembers your chosen language (mdz_lang) and browser storage that keeps unfinished form answers and your appearance preference on your own device only.

Your rights

Under the law that applies to you (KVKK, GDPR or Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ) you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Write to info@madenza.net; we reply within the period the law requires.

When we update this policy we publish the new version on this page.
